You know the story... athlete around 10% body fat in high
school, goes off to college & discovers parties. Graduate
& get married... slowly that 10% becomes 20... then 30.
It's not like I became a total couch potato. I still played
beach volleyball & softball a couple times a week. Of
course it was almost always with a beer in hand.

I'm about to turn 40 in March 2009 and we're expecting our

wants the quick fix, the miracle pill, and anything that will
let them get in shape without effort. I'm sorry to say that it
DOES take a bit of work, but it's worth it. The compliments I
still get every day about how I look is proof enough
